Hey hey heyyy! So sorry girls i havent been updating you about what's happening here..Just thought i'll finally make a post.hee hee.Since i havent been in existence for quite a long while..here's jus a really short summary of what ive been doing for the past two months..from earliest to latest..haha.and pics too!!jus got em from my fren but she deleted some..:(
Just one of the fine days we decided to be tourists..somewhere early oct..when it hasnt started getting cold..yet.

Castle!!We thought..ok I thought it was free to public tt day.so we all went up and found that it wasnt..and we spent ages persuading the castle staff to let us in for free..but obviously not!(although they said they would if we were a smaller grp)hee.

These are some of my close frens here in the uni.they're really fun to be around and an absolutely crazy bunch!you'll be seein more of em..haha

Some random dancing on the streets to bagpipe music..oh there are scottish dances called ceilidhs that are goin on all the time..its somethin like mass dancing with a band and a person who calls the dances..ive been to at least 3..seriously good fun!! might have a pic of it later on..

Absolutely tourisy things to do: buy scotland caps, pose next to random statue on street and make act-cool unglam poses at starbucks with newly bought caps..

PCCF people! pccf stands for pollock chinese christian fellowship for asians in Edinburgh..although most of em study medicine at the University of Edinburgh.they're mainly malaysians and singaporeans.and this is where i get my share of asians in Edin..haha. Oh and this was taken at a ceilidh we were at..the theme was guys and dolls..most pple were dressed up in feathers, suspenders, black tight, long gloves etc..

Finally..for the latest happening..CU house party! which was jus this past weekend..its basically a combined uni christian unions weekend away at a scout centre up north of glasgow..an hr and a half drive away..

Field trip!!! The CU president was drivin the minibus..think he was quite distracted by the flashes at the back of the bus..haha!and we got a bit lost somewhere along the way in glasgow.hahaha..oh i taught my irish frens asian poses!!hee hee

Hi everyone!!! haha yay so many of you are coming back in DEC hee hee oh no but i have biochem CA right after the dec hols...on 1st week of Jan i think sigh... oh well so i have 1 more CA next thurs(dental morph) then i'm free!!! hahha but i've been sooooo busy with d&d stuff the past few days. Just deciding on the locations can make me want to yank out all my hair! and i we just just decided to have it at Bird Park hahah the zoo was more expensive so no choice.... but it looks quite nice la overlooking the lake in some glass air conditioned room. Tmr i'm going to call the man again hopefully i didn't hear wrongly today and the cost is correct otherwise i'll jus go jump off the building haha but really it's been extrememly tiresome. haha everyone is sharing abt school life so i shall try(again) to post some pictures haha that's my class photo... and the other one is the group of girls i always hang out with....
everyone seems to be having so much fun!!! esp the england pple...Bev: you are going to spain with your friends????? sooooooo lucky!!!!!! aww man my class was thinking abt going on a trip tog but that is to KL la sniff sniff Barcelona....sighhhhhhhhhh terrible terrible shall not be jealous.... can save money studying in Singapore hahah
and next time when i graduate in 4 yrs( not more i hope hee hee) i shall go!i shall visit the places they filmed Casino Royale in(yes i watched it haha quite nice for a James Bond show haha)sigh sigh sigh...k must go study and write d&d proposal now.....see you all sooon:):):)

hello everyone!!haha how are you guys doing!!! all the best for your exams! you can do it!:D yay:) my life here hasn't been that busy hahahaha sarah!why are you so busy! hahaah:P maybe its cos sarah is a good girl and does all her homework nyaknyak hahahaha :P last weekend spent some time with jas and do too!it was really good fun! really miss hanging out with you guys!! just 3 weeks:D:D:D everyonee we haveee to meet up lots when we are back ok!:D can't wait can't wait! haha today i went to a market and bought some really pretty cupcakes haha! you can go check pretty cupcakes out at www.crumbsanddoilies.co.uk! hahahaa:) and!!I'M GOING TO SPAIN NEXT WEEKENDDD Hhahaahahhaha so exciting!!!:D we got our tix for ONE PENCE hahahaha yay!!!!!!:) so including taxes that comes out to like 50 sing!! yayy:) but!! we didn't realise how far the airport was from barcelona itself so we ar going to take ages to get to bar-ce-lona!!!:D
wow so fast! one whole term is almost over! london is amazing you guys should come over soon!! then we can bring you guys around! that'll be so cool!

exams are round the corner for tuna and i (steph has 1 more paper only grr so shes pretty free now) i end 8th dec i CANT WAITTT:) oh and im going to kl/genting/some french resort in kl from 13th-20th dec i think
sorry bel i'll miss your birthday!:( going with 2 other families so the parents decided this was the best possible dates!

anyway i cant wait for everyone to come back!haha sarah youre so funny.always tell me 'im not coming back till next yr so this is the last time i'll be in singapore for a long time' and the next thing i know youre coming back in 3weeks?haha oh so you'll be back round about the time i finish exams we can go partaeee:)

heya!!!! How are all my lovely ladies doing?? Haven't spoken to you guys in ages... really miss all of you... ok well here is a quick update of what's been going on... if i type anything that doesn't make sense, ignore it.. i'm seriously sleep deprived..

ok here is goes.. hmm, well as my camera is still spoilt and probably will remain spoilt till i get back.. there won't be any photos.. sigh.. haha then i guess you guys won't get to see the drop dead gorgeous guys i've been out with.. *cheeky grin* haha no lah.. but it's quite frustrating really not to be able to take any photos.. and now my computer has stopped working too.. so hmm... it's gonna be a tricky situation for the next few weeks.. i guess i'll be camping out in the library a lot..

Well so far i've been really busy.. dunno why.. but i have. the time just seems to fly when you're over here.. got my presentation on monday!! yikes!! and it is still undone.. sigh wish me luck.. hopefully i don't muck it up. Saw doreen and jas last weekend.. had lunch in chinatown.. (Jas and doreen, you guys are gonna have to upload the potos seeing as i can't do it) well lunch was good.. had nasi lemak.. not too bad.. haha but i was seriously craving it.. and to doreen and jas: it was wonderful see u!!!!=) Really when you're overseas any familiar face is a good face... can't wait to go to scotland!!! i promise not to disturb you.. i'll bring my books!!=)

Hmm... lets see what else.. not much really.. i go to covent garden market every friday... its just so pretty and interesting.. everytime i go there i feel better.. oh, i've started volunteering at this community project centre where they provide free tution after school hours for underprivileged kids.. i was damn freaked out on my first visit cos this kids come from the poorer parts and they are like really scary.. there was this tiny girl like 12 or something and every other word out of her mouth was F this F that.. but ya one on one they are the sweetest pple.. they really appreciate you helping them..

3 more weeks!!!! i can't wait just 3 more weeks and i'll be hommmmmeeeeeeeee!!!! oh i bought marks and spencer chocolates for you guys.. so we can pig out when i get back!!! anyway that's about it for now.. how did all your exams go? Or are they not done yet? I know horrible me.. but i've just lost track of everything... I'm partly stressed now cos i'm thinking of transfering out of lse.. london is nice and all but lse is just really not my cup of tea.. so ya.. hence my foray into scotland.. i'm going up there to look at some of the universities.. and i'll probably be putting in another application.. so yup yup

anyway i really should go now... still got that darn presentation to finish.. you guys take care.. email... email.. EMAIL!!!!! juliana :) she's the ultimate crazy girl!! haha she's my leadership and teambuilding groupmate, and our meetings are always super inefficient cos she cracks us up soo much! we're pretty close, cos she stays at marine parade, so we always take the bus back together :) haha go visit my blog to see all the silly pictures we took with the oreo! haha

and jan's my best friend in smu :) love her to bits, she's very very blur.. and i always like to tease her. she kinda reminds me of jas hahaha.. she's really helpful and nice.
alex is one of my best guy friends in smu.. we study fa together, but he's full of crap. always talking about girls!! once, he dragged me to go enter this lift [even though we din need to take it], cos there was this hot girl inside!!
aeron is also one of my better guy friends, cos he stays near me and he always sends me to and from school!! haha.. and his merc e200 is so comfy, i can stretch out my legs and snuggle to zzz in the mornings.. hahaha
weijie's a very smart guy!! always make him teach me fa.. haha

my leadership and teambuilding group :) we had to conduct a community service project, and we did it in assisi home and hospice :)

AHHAHAHAHA I cant resists not posting this pic. okkk so this is brian (from florida, his parents emigrated from taiwan), the guy who always annoys me. this is how he sleeps..like a crocodile...with his eyes slighly opened. HAHAHAHA who on earth sleeps like that. he invited himself to my room to sleeepver and instead of joining in the conversation wtih me my roomie and lewey, he fell asleeep.what an edddiot who comes over for aleepover and start sleeeping the moment he steps into the rooom.

and he woke up early (duh, after sleeeping for so freaking longg) and irritated me..using MY OTTER.. like crazyyy in the morn... what a guest...

so anywayy he didnt realise that i did this to him when he was sleeping peacefully... nah the fish didnt touch him at all..camera trick. ahha

ok this is funny cos we had a late night snack at this damn goood waffer and chicken place... cant spell the name of the place..so i'm not even gonna try here. haha the funny thing is that whne we all took of our sweater...allllll of us were wearing white plain t shirts. hahahahaha we didnt even discuss this at alll. alll of us just wore that white shirt under our many layers of sweaters hahaha

I hope you guys @nus are studyin hard!!! i hope you guys have goood time management...dont be like me! haha anywayy I dont wnat these two weeks to end...cos that would just mean the end of my pledging processs:( it is amazin how the frat makes you get clsoed to people you will neveer, under normal circumstances, mix with. Even though like i dnt think i'm close to alll21 of them..but at least ive gotten the chance to know a handful of them reallly welll. haha we talk abt the most random stuff in the world..like penis boobs and sex and sex positions and how long our faeces is..hahha that was the topic of this reallly long and wild conversation alll10 of us had at the dining facilities at 930pm.

this is a micofilm machine. I had to get articles from Time mag from jan 12, 1942. the article was so old i had to read it from this film. so cool. i keep seeing these stufff in horror movies...where actors break into the lib at 12minight to dig up archives about some serial killer. hurhurrrso fun i love playing with it. I like the doheny lib even though some people have told me it is haunted cos it is v v vv old. like the lift is those you find in the 1920s...got gate and moves slower than a snail.

This was taken last night when we just finished our professional event..about how to dress/behave and what to do at networking events. there are a lot a lo a lot of networking events here at usc. seriously...every 3 weeks..there is one maor one where alll the snr exec and ceos and whateevr come to dine with usc kids and exchange name cards. so yea, this workshop taught us how to make ourselves stand out...2 hrs course... ive learnt a lot..cant wait to practice the stufff next semester when i start huntin for internships. i wanna work in downtown LA or beverly hills..where therere so mnay high rise buildings (haha yea i kinda misss the singapore feeling..many tall buildings etc) but first, i need a smester to learn how to drive. np getting a job now when i cant commute!

anyway the reason why we took this retarded pic was bcos those damn ucla kids took FORVEER to come see us. their own pledge class wanted to take a pic with our usc pledge classss....
